Good Shepherd Hospice encourages patients, families, employees, physicians, contractors, vendors, community partners, volunteers, patient advocates, advocacy groups and colleagues who have concerns about patient care or safety with the organization to make us aware.

Please contact your Good Shepherd Hospice nurse or caregiver to give us an opportunity to resolve your concern. If your concern is not addressed, you may contact the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer at 813-871-8111, and your concern will be directed to the appropriate member of our leadership team.
